do you know if there's any working example of Sling Feature Flag feature (https://sling.apache.org/documentation/the-sling-engine/featureflags.html)?

I have been looking around but I have not found any...

Typically - because AEM is built on Sling - the documentation team does not reproduce the Sling docs- but rather references them for information about Sling. I doubt that you will find AEM docs that talk about this Sling topic.
