Show only Active Assets

Hi All,

We have a requirement to show only Active assets by default i.e. When user navigates to Assets/Sites page currently all assets/pages show up. We need to ensure only Assets/Pages which are currently active and off-time is not reached should show up. A separate option is also needed to show both Active and Inactive content.

Any pointers would help.

Hi,

Have you tried:

http://localhost:4502/etc/importers/bulkeditor.html

Using this you can filter the pages and assets.

Here you have a example to filter the Activate pages:

However this example is for getting the Activate pages. Try for Assets.

you can customize it.

client wants, that when they want the open the DAM assets page or Sites page, they see only the active content.

Hi 

Go to "localhost:4502/assets.html/content/dam" and click on Box icon on right hand side below the header -> click on Filters

On right hand side new tab would come up. Select publish status , this will show all the published assets in the instance.

Thanks for suggestion. Yes i have tried this using Filters as you have mentioned. Requirement here is when the Asset/DAM page is loaded , then itself only Active content should be displayed and option to view both as well (i believe this would be using filters should be fine).
