When i click on package manager home i get this response in 6.3. Please help me in fixing this issue.
I have default.jsp and 404.jsp pointing to aces-commons in apps.

Yeah we are upgrading from 5.6 to 6.3. In 6.3 we ran into this issue.
And it is fresh instance 6.3. I just created the new instance still same issue.

I am running 2 6.3 instances from the JAR I have. I don't see this issues in my local. Could be that you might want to try another jar from your colleague ?

I am not sure how to help here. If it was an upgrade then I do know that people wer seeing issues on upgrade. But for your local instance I am not sure why ?

Update issues should be handled by Support. In some cases - you need a hotfix. Not much the community can do to solve bugs that happen when an AEM instance is upgraded. Please file a support ticket.
