It seems that your Adobe ID is not linked with your Adobe Experience Cloud solution accounts. Please get in touch with your Org Administrator or Adobe Enterprise Support.

You should have an adobe id to access this portal. Without the login you will not be able to download any installer.

Once logged in, try to navigate to https://experience.adobe.com/#/@adobepartnersd/home

or https://experience.adobe.com/#/downloads/content/software-distribution/en/aem.html

If these links did not work after you login, then you need to reach out to Adobe.

You should use your adobe id where your organization have given access to the software distribution portal. If you don't have that then you have to drop an email to spphelp@adobe.com
