Remove filter from the asset finder

Hello,

I would need to remove the filters "manuscript, fragments" of the asset finder on aem 6.3.

Has anyone already done it or does it know how to do it?

There are no docs on this nor does this sound like a common requirement. If someone has done this - please state what needs to be done.
