Aem screens player network configuration

Avatar

When we do a TCP dump of the traffic from the host, where the player is installed.

The traffic is being orginated from multiple ports, when whitelisting for an external domain, do we have to open bi directional traffic on a single port of the aem instance?

From the network trace we understood that the player only will initiate the connection and fetch the content from AEM. Please correct my understanding here

@ramgopalm545617I am not really sure what you observed with multiple ports? The AEM Screens Player is communicating over HTTP using a single port defaulting to 80 or the port you have added to the server URL configuration.
