Queries and Complaints (User Generated Content - UGC)

Hi all,

How are Queries and Complaints (User Generated Content - UGC) implemented using AEM?

They will be made by end users and so are they considered to be a part of AEM Communities?

If not AEM Communities, is there any other way of implementing it?

Can you please explain further please.

The capability for UGC is using AEM Communities features.

If not using Communities, you'd have to create a custom implementation.

For implementing queries and complaints using Communiteis, you would extend an existing feature.
