AEM 6.1 provided permissions functionality exclusively in Touch UI, i.e. Page Properties now has a Permissions tab, which does two things.
Thing 1: Allow to set permissions quickly and easily, without leaving the context of the page:
Thing 2: View Effective Permissions for the page, based on inherited permissions applied higher up the tree
The problem is that if there are large of users e.q. 10k (Assume intranet portal) and many groups then it takes lot of time to open page property dialog. It doesn't lazy load permission tab rather loads on page page which makes the complete page property loading slow.
Has anyone else experienced the same problem and solved without any customization.
