My company has been having issues with offloading instances for quite awhile. We've escalated this with Adobe care numerous times but still can't find a possible solution.
Hoping I can find a good answer here. Currently we have one main server and two offloading instances. The issue we are having is when uploading xml files (roughly 10kb each give or take)
the offloading instances seem to hang and gradually take longer to finish a workflow on each file. Currently only DAM Update Asset is running on the files.
However when we turn offloading OFF, we are able to upload 60000+ files easily using only the main instance and have DAM Update Asset run on them.
What can be issue here? Wondering if any other OSGi changes are to be made.
