Hi Experts,
I have a requirement to where a contributor uploads assets and stamps data and runs the workflow, where the publisher reviews , either approves and publishes the content or rejects the content.
in this process
1. I need to change the status of the custom status field values to review,publish,draft based on the step it is in.
For this i have written java code to get the field and change the status , but what workflow step should i add so that the flow continues between contributor/publisher.
2. When publisher is opening the asset to review , we are not able see the custom metadata fields on the screen.
Can you please guide us on how can i achieve these?
