Custom Workflow notification time stamp date is less than -1 in aem 6.5

Hello,

What is the best way to create custom workflow to give email notification for JMX attribute value(Time stamp, id/Name), when the time stamp value is less than a date or '-1'(Time stamp value is showing current server time and date) with respective of  attribute ID values.

    Hello Aanchal,

    We are trying to build email alert, When  /systesm/console/jmx registered MBeans ID's(/system/console/jmx/org.apache.jackrabbit.oak) time stamp changed(Screen short 1) .

    There is a coldsync server's ID registered in PROD at (/systesm/console/jmx registered MBeans ) with time stamp, For every 30mnts verify the time if it's not running we need to get a email alert .

    Q. Where we can get this ID value in CRX repository(or can we get any where else)?
