Offloading replication issue

Hi All,

In our author instance , we are able to see the below logs continuously

Deleted the offloading replication agents and offloading reverse replication agent and restarted the instance.Still agents are creating newly and getting the same above logs.

How to disable this agents,?

I have the seem issue on CQ6.1.

Could you know how to disable it on CQ6.1 version?
