Not able to give certification exam due to technical issue on 13/12/2025

Hi,

 

I scheduled the AD0-E138 Adobe Experience Manager Business Practitioner Professional - NEW exam and started it. However, I got logged out during the exam, and when I tried to restart it, I encountered a "technical error" screen instead of resuming the exam. I have raised this concern with support, but I have not received a response yet.

Could you please guide me on how to reschedule the exam?
