No of Services Available is greater than Number of components Installed

As per Adobe doc, All the services are components but not vice versa.

 

But when i checked in http://localhost:4502/system/console/services

It is showing as 6630 service(s) in total.

 

and then i checked in http://localhost:4502/system/console/components

It showing Number of installed components: 3374.

May I know how come the number of services is greater than the number of installed components?

A component can be exposed through more than 1 service interface.

Hi,

The reason could be there might be runtime multiple instances of services that increasing counts but not sure. 

you can analyse more related to your own services/components.
