Need to move AEM 6.5 from Windows 2012 to Windows 2019

Hello,

I recently inherited the task of supporting AEM 6.5 on prem. My first project is to migrate it from the Windows 2012 servers which are nearing the end of Microsoft support.

I have Windows 2019 servers all lined up but was wondering if there is a document outlining the steps to migrate AEM from one server to another.

Can I simply install AEM on the new server using the same Oracle DB info?

Neither of these documents talks about migrating an existing installation to a new server.
