Need Some Information About Career In Adobe

Hello All

I have working as analyst for last 2 years but, I am interested in Adobe..i was learning by myself for the past year but it is very difficult, So i planned to take coaching in online training institute i.e. https://goo.gl/e92rLo . Can Any one help me out that moving for Analyst to Adobe is good r bad.
