Hello @Keerthi0555

When designing an MSM structures, multiple factors need to be considered:

1. Content Organization: Plan the hierarchy and granularity of content for different locales or websites.

2. Localization Strategy: Decide on translation or adaptation and create workflows and approval processes.

3. Workflow and Approval: Implement approval workflows and define roles for content creation and review.

4. Content Synchronization: Choose between live copy or rollout configurations and set synchronization parameters.

5. Customization and Overrides: Determine where and how customizations are allowed in localized content.

6. User and Permission Management: Ensure proper access control and permissions for different locales.

7. Asset Management: Manage assets effectively across sites and locales.

8. SEO and URL Handling: Address SEO concerns and manage URLs for localized content.

9. Scalability and Future Growth: Design the MSM structure to accommodate future expansion.
