Mobile emulator not coming up

I am working with the AEM6.3, creating your first website as mentioned in the link Adobe Experience Manager Help | Creating your First Adobe Experience Manager 6.3 website​. Followed all the steps mentioned to configure page component for using mobile emulator(as below screen grab), but this is just not coming.

Instead after following the steps I am getting as below:

Hi,

Can you try adding an entry of your base page component(using which you would have created template and hence page) in the below OSGI config.

com.day.cq.wcm.mobile.core.impl.MobileEmulatorProvider -> mobile.resourceTypes
