Hi,
Currently we are not able to view the sidekick in Classic UI mode in AEM on prem version 6.5.21. This happens in the Microsoft Edge browser v128. However, the sidekick is displayed in Chrome v128 and we can use it for authoring.

HI @svijay2980 ,
With touch-enabled functionality reaching parity with and in fact exceeding that of the classic UI in many areas of AEM, access to the classic interface through the touch-enabled interface is now disabled by default.
If you want to re-enable classic UI please follow below two links:

Hi @svijay2980 ,
could you please check console and share the error if any in Edge Browser case.
Thanks
Hi @MukeshYadav_ ,
I'm not seeing any errors that are not present in Chrome. Actually Chrome shows more errors than Edge. However, I cannot find the sidekick element in Classic UI mode in Edge.
Hi,
The sidekick in AEM Classic UI is a crucial tool for authors, providing quick access to page actions, components, and workflows. The fact that it works in Chrome but not in Edge suggests that the issue is likely browser-specific.
Given that both browsers are at version 128, it is essential to investigate compatibility issues or browser-specific settings that might be affecting the rendering of the sidekick.
@svijay2980 Did you find the suggestions helpful? Please let us know if you require more information. Otherwise, please mark the answer as correct for posterity. If you've discovered a solution yourself, we would appreciate it if you could share it with the community. Thank you!
