Missing tabs in Adobe Software Distribution

Hi guys, I'm facing the issue with absent tabs in Adobe Software Distribution: 

Only "General" tab is presented and "Adobe Experience Manager", "Adobe Experience Manager as a Cloud Service", "Adobe Campaign" are missing.

All my colleages have them, so I suppose it is something related to my Adobe ID and not to the organization.

Should my organization admin somehow provide me access to these sections in Software Distribution? If yes, could anyone please explain steps how to do it (ideally screens), cause currently we didn't find way for this. Thanks in advance!

This is mostly looks like access related issue. Please contact your organization admin who can provide access to adobe services, if you still need any help please contact solution partner support team at SPPhelp@adobe.com
