Migrating huge AEM Content from in-house to Cloud (new infrastructure)

Hi Experts,

Going through the various approaches for migrating huge content/assets (1 TB) from legacy in-house AEM platform to AWS hosted new Cloud platform. There are lot of approaches suggested in blogs like

  1. Package Migration (recommended from smaller repositories)
  2. Replication
  3. CRX2Oak tool
  4. Vlt RCP (read about its limitation that it work with http only and not with the servers having https protocol)
  5. Grabbit

Could someone please guide, which one is the Adobe recommended approach for migrating repository of size around 1 TB. It would be great help,

Thanks!

Confirmed with internal AEM ppl whom stated:

"CRX2OAK is the fastest and more reliable. Also it’s the only tool that can move versions"

Hope this helps.
