Live copies page properties not updating - even with roll out config

Hi,

I wondered if somebody can please help explain or point me in the right direction.  In 6.2 have created live copies of global pages, and on those pages I set the rollout config to push on modify and also Activate on Blueprint Activation.  This appears find for items on the page etc, but the tags and description do not push to the live copy if the global copy is updated.

The live copy page says that it's inheriting the description and it is locked on the properties, but I can only update it if I reset or recreate the live copies.

Sorry, I have searched around the forum and AEM help, but I can't find an answer.  Is there anything else I need to do, or that might be stopping this.  Just to confirm it's happening on all of my live copy pages, none of them are changing the propertuies, but they are saying that they are in sync and the content on the page is being updated.
