is there any way to replicate users from auhtor to publisher?

Hi Team,

We have bunch of users created and assigned to different groups in our AEM author and the same user and combination list we want to have in publisher instance  as

well.This is required because we could not able to access our user administration module in publisher instance.If any once has any ides please help me.

You can replicate users and groups through the Security user interface (see http://dev.day.com/docs/en/cq/current/administering/security.html#Creating%20Users%20and%20Groups). Keep in mind that group memberships are stored as part of the group, so if you want to replicate a membership, you have to replicate the group *and* the user (the order doesn't matter).

Another option is to package the users and groups in the Author at /home/ and move it to your Publish instance.

I believe packaging the users will not Copy the ACL list, By doing package install you are just copying the Users/Groups but not the ACLs
