We started seeing issues with the repo on Friday evening (7/27 at 11:11pm CST).   We opened an Adobe Support ticket on Saturday 7/28 and we've yet to hear back from ANYONE stating what the ETA is going to be on this issue.

Thank you for the update - do you happen to know what the root cause of this outage was?

Datacenter maintenance but missing autostart of nginx server caused this. Has been fixed for good.

Was trying to create maven-archtype-13 project, Getting exactly same error again, any idea?

When I hit "Index of /groups/public " in browser, i can see page loading though.

Instructions on how to use repo are displayed on https://repo.adobe.com/index.html

Please use "https" protocol instead of "http"

Also, have a look at: https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/experience-cloud-kcs/kbarticles/KA-17454.html?lang=en
