Is it possible to trigger a workflow via a launcher, only after DamUpdateAsset?

Hi there,

Is it possible to launch a workflow model after DamUpdateAsset without modifying DamUpdateAsset, and without relying on an EventListener? I'm not sure what conditions to set in my launcher. It needs to run on files that get created under a certain path, but only after DamUpdateAsset finishes running on them.

Please any help is appreciated. Thanks!
