Hello @NikhilDu4 ,

Access to Experience Cloud can only be granted to an Enterprise/Business ID that is created and managed by your organization. A personal Adobe ID cannot be linked.

You will need to:

  1. Ask your Org Administrator to create or enable an Enterprise/Business Adobe ID for you.

  2. They must assign you to the correct Product Profile in the Adobe Admin Console.

  3. Only then you can sign in and access Experience Cloud.

Without this, logging in via a personal email ID will not work due to organization security policies.

Hi @NikhilDu4 ,

Your personal Adobe ID is not connected to your organization’s Adobe Experience Cloud account. Access to AEM and other Adobe enterprise tools is controlled by your company’s admin, and they link Adobe IDs to the enterprise account.
Since your organization does not allow using personal email IDs, you cannot log in with your personal Adobe ID. The only way to access AEM is to use the company-provided Adobe ID (usually linked to your corporate email) or ask your Org Administrator to create and link an account for you.

What you should do:

  • Contact your organization’s Adobe Experience Cloud administrator or IT team.
  • Explain that you need access and cannot use your personal email due to policy.
  • They can either:
  • Link your corporate Adobe ID to the Experience Cloud account, or
  • Provide you with an enterprise Adobe ID that complies with company policy.

You cannot bypass this restriction yourself because Adobe Experience Cloud uses enterprise-level identity management for security.

Thanks
