Is AEM Communities approaching EOL

I've heard some whisperings that the AEM Communities framework is approach EOL and will be phased out in upcoming AEM releases.  Is that true?

Please reach out to Adobe CSM/TAM for more info. As far as I can check internally, there is no such info available about EOL for communities.
