Impersonation not working for new user

Hi,

     Impersonation is not working for new user.In the security profile configuration added the  user under impersonators tab. During impersonator login unable to find the users under impersonator drop down in       touch   UI. Please guide me how to solve this. Am I missing any configuration?

Hi Krithi,

You mean to say, no users are listed when you clicked on a dropdown arrow or when you type the user you want to impersonate ?

If not tried, then try typing the user you want to impersonate and see if that gets listed !

Have you tried the same in Classic UI mode??

If not,please check do the same.

@Kirithi,

Just a thought. I guess, There must be read access to all new users before doing impersonations to that user. Just verify this.
