how to to add only one particular component B to the parsys in another component A

I have a requirement that I should allow to add only one particular component name B in parent componetA parsys.

New way to solve this is to use editable templates and set policies. That is, you can define a layout container (component A) and the use a policy to set which components (component B) are allowed in the component.
