How to populate my own user/group in Participant Step's User/Group drop down list?

Hi,

I have used "Participant Step" in workflow and I could see user like-admin, Alison Parker,  group - administrators,Hiking Admins in User/Group drop down list.

Now, I have created my own user and group and I have given full permission. But, I am not getting my own user/group in the drop down list.

Please let me know process so, that I could see my own user/group as well.

Thanks & Regards,

Debal

Hi Prince,

Thanks for your input.

Here, I am dealing with Participant Step, not with the Dynamic Participant Step.

Thanks,

Price is correct - you would need to write that code so your own groups and users would show up.

Maybe this is not what you are looking for, but in order to have the fresh list of users and groups you have to have the updated index as well.

Have you tried refreshing the index? There is an index called authorizables.

If this does not help, set any user as the assignee of the participant step and you can change it manually in the repository at the workflow model.
