How do we configure the 'time' what Purging of Workflow Instances ?

My question is... Is there configuration for the 'time' what purging of workflow iinstances is started / triggered OR is there another way to look at this concept.

From this article, I found the configuration property that I was after - shceduledpurge.cron

But it looks like it is NOT supported in 6.0+ or there is a new name for it now.

Also, I notice that pre-66.0 documentation has this configuration is documented but the 6.0+ don't seem to have it
