You can navigate for the versions of products at the top of any page you open AEM Documentation. For example, the link I provided above has a link to AEM 6.2 version by clicking the 6.2 button at the top. I am attaching screenshot showing the link location

For AEM 6.1, I am not able to locate the link right now but if you absolutely need it, please let me know and I can try finding it.
