having checkbox on dialog box

Is it possible to have a check box on the dialog box as shown by the red section of the image[img]dialog.jpg[/img]

It most likely is, but it is so much easier to put it in a panel of its own. Putting it in the dialog window would mean that you have to alter the container code, not the containing panels.
