Getting blank screen when clicking any icon(Siteadmin,Damadmin) on welcome screen

Hi All,

I am seeing a white blank screen when accessing any console items in the AEM Welcome screen using IE browser. Recently, we have migrated from 6.2 to 6.4. Also, not seeing this behaviour using any other browser.

If anyone faces the same issue. Please help me.

Any error in browser? Can you check the IE version.

Also, Also try Changing the emulation to Edge or any other IE version.

Try to upgrade IE and also read php - IE9L Automatically changing Document Mode to IE7 - Stack Overflow

I have faced the same issue in chrome. Clear the browser cache or open it in incognito mode.
