Get service credentials as JKS file

Avatar

Level 2

Hi All,

We have generated service credentials as mentioned in https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/experience-manager-learn/getting-started-with-aem-headless/a...

However, we are trying to integrate AEM with Pega. While integrating, it is expecting us to upload service credentials as JKS file.

Can anyone let help us in getting service credentials as JKS file?

Thanks,

Lavanya

Hi @lmalyala,

Please visit this article [0] to generate Java KeyStore from JSON which you are getting from Adobe IMS Org administrator, then do your next process.

[0]: https://docs.servicenow.com/en-US/bundle/tokyo-servicenow-platform/page/administer/virtual-agent/tas...

Hope that helps!

Regards,

Santosh

Hi @SantoshSai - Thanks for the quick response.

Steps #5 and #6 in https://docs.servicenow.com/en-US/bundle/tokyo-servicenow-platform/page/administer/virtual-agent/tas... tells that:

In a web browser, open the URL that is listed in the JSON file for the client_x509_cert_url parameter.

We do not have anything client_cert_url parameter in our case. Our sample response can be seen here: https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/experience-manager-learn/getting-started-with-aem-headless/a...
Hence, not really sure on how to create certificate.pem file.
Thanks,
Lavanya

@lmalyala I believe we do not required that step as there isn't any specific url.
