Facing with issue with logout

Level 1
enter chrome in incognito mode aem author url
- login to admin with user / pass
- I see the author screen logged in with ADMIN
- I log off and return to the anonymous
- I delete the cache and enter the url indicated in step 1 again
- redirects diretly to the author dashboard.
- does not allow me to enter another user

I wasn't able to reproduce the issue.

In Network tab of your Developers Tool on Chrome, check Disable cache button. Clear all browser cache & cookies, and then try. Also, try to reproduce the issue in Mozilla Firefox (have Disable cache checked on Firefox as well & then try).

Hi @bhatkarp  Seems you are using OOTB authentication only and not relying on SAML. In that case when you logout, doesn't it redirect you to AEM login screen again? If that's not the case, I would suggest raising a daycare ticket with a screencast of the issue so that the support team can help you.
