Error while creating Language Copy

Hello Community - I have an existing site which is in English locale and don't have any Blue Print, Live Copy or Language Master(Language Copy). Basically my requirement is to create a new locale (German) and translated all the english pages into German using Translation service.

I have created the "language-master" page and also created the English page and tried to create a language copy for the existing site and getting the below error. Can someone let me know if the steps I am doing is correct and also what can be done to fix the below error.

@ankur_khare - Thanks for your reply. The provided steps are more of related to translation. I am getting the error while creating the Language copy.
