Error: Unable to get support language list (6.4)

I was trying to create a language copy from en-aa and getting this below error.*ERROR* [192.168.66.187 [1556294346318] POST /libs/cq/gui/components/projects/admin/translation HTTP/1.1] com.adobe.cq.wcm.translation.impl.servlet.TranslationSupportServlet Error while getting language List

java.lang.NullPointerException: null

It seems:

• You are missing a language mapping for your translations provider (if you use 3rd party service) with your content.
• You have some permission issue with current users.

Let me know if you are using a 3rd party service users?
