Error getting Access token while using Content Transfer Tool (CTT)

Hello All,

I am getting below error while getting Access Token from my CTT tool where I am connecting to my cloud AEM instance. Any information would really helpful.

Hello @Nikhil-Kumar ,

 

Sorry to hear that you are having issues with the Content Transfer Tool. Are you logged in to the Cloud AEM instance? Is the user you used to log in to Cloud AEM part of the "administrators" group? I have seen this error when the account used to request the migration token is not part of the right group [0].

@johobot -  I am getting below error once I connect get the Access token from the cloud.
Any update around that ?

@Nikhil you have to login in AEM and add yourself in administrator group and you will get it.
