I am trying to set a dispatcher locally, so I have local cloud SDK for author and publish, for testing purpose i have deployed the WKND website which is running fine on publish http://localhost:4503/content/wknd/us/en.html, but when I hit the same URL using Apache 2.2 web server url which has the dispatcher module, http://localhost/content/wknd/us/en.html. I get a 404 error with the below error trace in Apache server error.log

What is the issue ?, I am using an OOTB dispatcher.any configurations for testing purpose
