Dispatcher Cache is not creating after enabling SAML authentication in AEM

Hi Team,

We are facing one issue after enabling SAML authentication in AEM.

Currently with SAML, no dispatcher cache is creating and all hits are going to Publish instance.

Can someone tell me is it default behavior for SAML enabled instances or is there any configuration available to make cache create again in dispatcher
