When i select the drop down option and change the view from column/card/ to list view , the dialog box pops up showing Error : Fail to load data. I inspected the console to see the error and it shows failed to load the resource: the server responded with status 500.How can i resolve this issue?

Hello,

Which version of AEM are you using?

Check if you have systemuser created.

Check if wcm core components are installed.

Thanks

Hello,

There must be some error or warning message in the error.log file. Could you please check and provide the snippet? There can be an issue with index being too broad or query traversal.

Regards,

Vishu

If the issue is happening on every folder in DAM, I would suggest trying to recompile all the JSP pages [1]. If not, there might be an issue with the content within the folder. I would check the validity of each asset in the folder.

Can you try to remove the overlay under apps by creating a package? Also, try to check if you see the same issue for asset folders with 1/2 assets.

https://helpx.adobe.com/experience-manager/kb/missing-metadata-node-on-assets-breaks-ui.html

Hi @leor26805111 ,

Please check the folder`s assets missing its metadata node then this issue will happen.

Find the image and add the metadat node jcr:content of that image will overcome your issue.if you have lots of images use above link.
