Customizing the list of Target Languages for DAM Asset Translation Workflow

Hi All,

Can someone explain where the list of Target Languages for the DAM Translation Workflow can be customized in AEM 6.1? 

If we wanted to alter the list and provide a different list of languages/locales or add/remove languages, where is this done?

I have looked into overlaying /libs/wcm/core/resources/languages (along with changing the Language Manager from configManager console) but that does not do anything for the list of Target Languages.
