Hi,
Can we customize result to display from search and promote?
(Ex: If we need to display result based on stock status or customize result based on popularity)
How can this be achieved through search and promote? Can you provide complete steps to achieve the same.
Thanks,
Nikunj

This is done on the S&P side, so I suggest you have a look at the Search and Promote documentation: https://marketing.adobe.com/resources/help/en_US/snp/c_getting_started.html

Hi Nikunj,
The Help file discusses the features of S&P but does not go into detail regarding implementations of S&P because that information would vary so widely. For your specific implementation, you may find better success working through a consultant in Adobe Global Services, rather than through this forum.
At any rate, it sounds like you are wanting to change the sort order of the search results. In core search, that would be the sp_s parameter (see "Backend Search CGI Parameters" in the Appendices of Help). Guided Search (GS) passes the value of 'sort=' in the GS query to core search's sp_s.

Hi,
Is there any additional parameter that needs to be passed to Adobe Search&Promote to sort results(response) by ascending and descending order?
For example, consider the S&P url http://sp********.guided.ss-omtrdc.net/?do=json_query&sp_x_1=page-type&sp_q_1=INDEXING_EVENTS&sp_s=t... where parameter sp_s allows me to sort the response by field title in ascending order(alphabetically). I would like to know how we can achieve descending order as well, do we need to pass an additional parameter?
Thanks in advance.
Regards,
Srikanth Pogula.
