CQ5 Digital Assets Management Search Tab not Found

I am using CQ5.5.

I refer to https://docs.adobe.com/docs/en/cq/5-6-1/dam/dam_documentation.html under category "Search for assets".

When using my super-admin account, i am able to see the search tab under digital assets. However, using other accounts, i am unable to see the search tab under digital assets.

I suspect it is a permission issue for different accounts, I may be wrong.

After a whole day of trail and errors, I still could not spot the permission to enable this search functionality in my Digital assets. Am i looking at a wrong direction?

Can anyone help me with this?

Its most like a permission issue, if you want to confirm the same, add the other user account to the group Super-admin belongs to and try if the user gets the access.

Is it only DAM search tab is not available or any search is not available in cf

Hi thank you for your reply.

It is only the search tab in DAM that is not there.

I'm trying to modify the Permissions in CQ5 security but all of it seems to be checked in order.

Do you know of which is the path that controls DAM and its related features?

        Hmm.. all the permissions is checked for /libs/dam/content/search for my user but i still could not see the search tab.. pulling my hair out XD

Can you post a screenshot of which tab are you referring to which is missing ?
