Can anyone tell me what the normal process is for raising defect reports for CQ or enhancement requests (with Adobe ?). That is, does Adobe provide a formal route for such requests (is there a URL and a need to register a company SPOC) ?

Hi,
You would need to log a Daycare case at [1]. Your company should have details on how to access Daycare via their Maintenance and Support plan.
