Client context to Contexthub

I am upgrading one of the projects from aem 6.3 to 6.5 and my project is using client context for persionalization.
As the project is moving to aem 6.5, i need to migrate from client context to contexthub. There are some references which are pointing to client context need to replace with contexthub.
