Change "Thumbnail button" is missing for videos that are uploaded in some folders in DAM

We have implemented "Change Thumbnail" button for the videos. The button is visible only for videos uploaded on one folder but not for the videos that are uploaded on other folders

For ex:-

/content/project/videos :- Assets uploaded in this path folder the change thumbnail button is visible

/content/project/sustainability/videos :- Assets uploaded in this path folder the change thumbnail button is not  visible.

Would like to know if we need to configure something to make it visible on any folders.

Please try applying a Video Profile to the affected Assets Folder

Hello!
Are you referring to the Out-Of-The-Box "Change Thumbnail" feature for Videos?
This option would only be available for Dynamic Media Video Assets

You can also try applying a Video Profile to the Folder

Please check the permissions enabled for the folders.

In AEM - The DAM Update Asset workflow is responsible for generating thumbnails for assets, including videos.

Please check, you are uploading assets in DAM - Digital Asset Manager (DAM) is typically controlled by the permissions of the user and the configuration of the DAM Update Asset workflow.
