Cannot edit page and its properties though part of administrator group

Out of the blue the properties is now disabled? when I double click the page, i cannot edit it because the WYSWIG editor boundaries do not show up. It's like a rendered html even on author?

This is a critical issue we are facing....anyone?

are you logged in as admin or any other user ?

If its other user, is it working fine with admin user ?

Ensure the page component, defined in the pages sling:resourceType has not been moved or modified.
