Blocked an HTML file in ACTools but data-sly-include still renders the content of the blocked HTML file

Hello, I blocked an HTML file with ACtools but still the data-sly-include still renders the content of the HTML file that was blocked. 

I checked the CRX/DE of the users, and the HTML file is not visible/readable but still the main HTL still renders the content of the HTML file.

Context: An HTML file should only be visible for users that has access to (permissions are set to ACTools).

What should have done or what did I do wrong with this approach?

Hi @jnikolainemo 

The approach that you are trying to is to constraint user access at the file level. This won't prohibit the loading of the file in the HTL.
